The top floor apartment has a master double bedroom with 2 single beds in a King size frame, air conditioning/heating, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite full bathroom. There is a juliette balcony, so you can wake up to the sight and sound of the sea in the morning! The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, iron and ironing board and there is an adjacent shower room with toilet and w.c. and hairdryer. The living/dining area has seating for 4 persons, complimentary wifi and flat screen TV with channels in different languages via fibre optic internet, air conditioning/heating and it opens onto the south west facing terrace. The view from the terrace is magnificent and is ideal if you like to people watch and enjoy a nice gin and tonic whilst watching the sun go down and the world go by after a long day´s sunbathing! There is a fully equipped galley kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, new microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. There is lift access up to the property. A hire car is not necessary as the urbanisation is close to shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The Balcon de Europa is just a 5 minute stroll from the complex and Torrecilla beach is on your doorstep!

General Booking conditions:
The booking is directly between you and the owner of the property and/or the rental manager.
Nerja Property Shop, S.L. is solely the intermediary agent.
Please be aware that in case of cancellation of the booking by the client, the deposit paid (20% of the total) will be in the owner´s and/or the rental manager´s favour as a penalty.
The client has to arrange the key collection prior to arrival.
The balance (80%) is payable on your arrival. Arrival time is 16.00pm onwards and departure time is by 10.00am.
Prices vary depending on the dates. Please ask for a quote prior to booking. The maximum number of guests that can occupy the apartment is 4 people. If the client leaves the property before the end date the client will not be able to reclaim anything. The subletting of the property is prohibited and animals are not admitted. The community of owners will be not responsible for any accidents that could hapen in the pool area, and the users won't be able to make claims.
