A master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both with fitted closets, which contain spaces to leave suitcases.The complex has a communal garden and swimming pool, very quiet even in summer time. The swimming pool is open from the first month of April until the end of October. Garden open all year round. Located in the center of town, just 7-8 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa, full of restaurants, stores and services around. The beach is only 3 minutes down some stairs. This cove is the beginning of the famous Burriana Beach. Air conditioning (heating also) in the living room. Parking area in the complex with the principle of parking on a first come first served basis (not enough parking spaces for all apartments). Normally no problem except in August which is usually busier.
